Tips to being fit and healthy!
TIP 1: WATER WATER WATER! Drink lots and lots of water when working out, and just all the time. It’s very good for you. Substitute sodas with Orange Juice or water, you will likely lose weight.
TIP 2: Lots and LOTS of fruits and veggies! They are very good for the body and have nutrients that will help you lose weight.
TIP 3: Stretch before and after working out to prevent injuries!
TIP 4: If you are just starting to work out, start slow and simple. Say you wanted to lose your muffin top, start with maybe 10 jumping jacks and 5 crunches. Then amp it up each day, so your body gets used to it.
TIP 5: When doing cardio, feel your stomach. If its cold, that means you are burning fat! It’s a great way to motivate yourself!
TIP 6: You can do a million sit ups, but you won’t get abs if you don’t do any cardio and eat like a pig.
